Consequently, how do we lead ourselves and our teams through uncertainty, failure, and change?

A resilient organisation/team will not only withstand challenges or adversity but grow stronger In the face of them.

⭐ Resilient organisations need to be purpose-driven, if they are not then there is a problem with a lack of alignment between the business, its employees and its customers.
 

⭐ In times of uncertainty and ambiguity, a lack of leadership causes confusion and low morale, and a resilient leader finds ways to move forward and avoids getting stuck.
 

⭐ When challenges arise we've not had before, we need to find innovative and creative solutions to help us navigate through them.

In the aftermath of the last three years, uncertainty has been a constant and will continue to be, so we need to learn to embrace uncertainty to create resilient organisations/teams that will not only survive but grow and thrive.

⭐ Develop an innovative culture that is built upon a psychologically safe environment and fostered through a collaborative approach.
 

⭐ Learn skills of resilient and agile leadership to move quickly, flexibly, and decisively.
